Infinity Connect Global was founded by Mike Whiting and Queenie Nguyen – two professionals with a shared vision for empowering people through education and strategic business guidance.
Beginnings
Their journey began in 2012, when they were introduced by Gareth “Charlie” Nixon, a respected educator whose passion for learning and innovation deeply influenced them both.
Charlie played a pivotal role in shaping the foundations of this venture. His commitment to education, particularly in Vietnam, lives on through Infinity Connect Global. Today, the business proudly carries forward part of his legacy – education and enterprise to create lasting impact.
With backgrounds in legal affairs, business consultancy, contractor and supplier management, and educational program development, Mike and Queenie bring a unique blend of skills and insight to their clients.

Mike Whiting

Mike has a varied professional career, having experience in government public sector service, healthcare services, hospitality and commercial enterprises in manufacturing. Mike has worked with some notable brands including M&S Opticians, McDonalds Restaurants, Deutsche Bahn, National Express and hospitality companies such as Mitchel and Butler and Enterprise Inns.

His operational knowledge stretches across all strands of business, including HR, Finance, Marketing and Governance areas.
Mike’s qualifications are in Business Administration, Law, and Human Resources. Mike is currently studying for a BSc in psychology.
Queenie Nguyen
- Executive Business Consultant
With a sharp focus on practical solutions, Queenie has been instrumental in assisting expatriates to settle successfully in Vietnam, as well as helping Vietnamese citizens travel and relocate abroad through close coordination with governmental agencies and embassies.
Queenie earned her degree in English language from university before furthering her studies in law, notary public and business administration.
